In short: you must be at least 13 to use Nostraa. Readings are for personal insight and entertainment, not professional advice. Your first reading is free; further readings may be paid, priced in the app before you confirm. You can cancel your account at any time.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Nostraa's website, mobile app, or related services (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create a Nostraa account. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian to use the Service.

3. Entertainment and Personal Insight Service

Nostraa provides symbolic, spiritual, and entertainment-based readings for personal reflection. Readings are not medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional guidance. Decisions you make based on a reading are your own responsibility.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

5. Free and Paid Readings

New accounts receive one free reading. Additional readings or features may be paid. Where a reading or feature has a cost, the price is shown in the app before you confirm the request, and you will not be charged without confirming.

6. Cancellation and Refunds

You may stop using the Service or request account deletion at any time (see Privacy Policy, section 11, or email support@nostraa.com). Because paid readings involve personal work prepared by a human reader, once a reader has started or completed a paid reading it is generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where Nostraa determines a refund is appropriate (for example, if a paid reading was not delivered). Contact support@nostraa.com with any billing concern and we will review it.

7. Submitted Content

You are responsible for the intentions, questions, and any files or media you submit. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringes on someone else's rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, access it using unauthorized means, or use it to harass or harm others.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations of these Terms or for security, legal, or operational reasons. You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Nostraa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any reading.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
